Blue North is a blue carbon consulting service that intends to develop regionally-specific blue carbon sequestration projects in Northern Australia.

    To strengthen the resilience of coastal environments to endure the extreme climatic forces that are coming with climate change. Such as, rising sea levels and tsunamis.

  • UNLOCK

    To unlock genuine eco-investment opportunities for regional communities, especially coastal Indigenous estates, and decoupling reliance on government funding by generating valuable carbon credits.

  • PROMOTE

    To promote blue carbon sequestration as a real and actionable climate change mitigation strategy, and the central role First Nations management practices have in developing and maintaining these projects, to strengthen Indigenous IP.
